Eligibility for Refund
- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your order's delivery date.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
- The product should be in a reasonably clean condition. While we understand it will have been used, excessive wear or damage unrelated to normal trial use may affect eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: To begin your return, please contact our customer support team at support@nocasleep.com within the 30-day trial period. Please include your order number and a brief reason for your return (this helps us improve!).
2. Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your product back to us.
3. Packaging: Securely package your sleep mask in its original packaging, including all components.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from the official NOCA website.
- Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the 30-day trial period.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
