Our 30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We invite you to try your NOCA silk sleep mask for 30 nights from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and don't feel it's contributing to your deeper rest and radiant mornings, you may return it for a full refund.


Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-Night Risk-Free Trial:

 

- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your order's delivery date.

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

- The product should be in a reasonably clean condition. While we understand it will have been used, excessive wear or damage unrelated to normal trial use may affect eligibility.



How to Initiate a Return

 

1. Contact Us: To begin your return, please contact our customer support team at support@nocasleep.com within the 30-day trial period. Please include your order number and a brief reason for your return (this helps us improve!).

2. Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your product back to us.

3. Packaging: Securely package your sleep mask in its original packaging, including all components.

4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.



Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


Exclusions

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from the official NOCA website.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the 30-day trial period.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
